What you will do:
In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing the contract drafting administration and workflow process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements across a range of senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
- Responsible for the overall contract administration process, including managing contract change notes and maintaining contractual governance.
- Build an understanding of existing contractual relationships, becoming familiar with master agreements and associated schedules.
- Liaise with areas of the business affecting contract changes and ensure awareness of legislation impacting existing contracts.
- Support with the administration of communication with external legal representation when required.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Facilitate regular contract and commercial review updates, presenting pending CCN positions, changes in law, and commercial impacts.
- Maintain master obligation matrixes and reporting on the same.
What you will have:
- Law degree, in business or commercial
- Good understanding of contracts, contract governance, contractual language, and the contract lifecycle.
- An understanding of the business or industry, its services, customers, and providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and talent for accuracy and precision.
- Ability to make good decisions under pressure and accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
- Willingness to learn and continually improve and develop business processes and personal skills.
- Previous experience working within the IT industry would be desirable.
