Commercial & Contracts Manager
Location: Midlands (Must be willing to travel)
Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.30 - 5pm, Friday 8.30 - 4pm.

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experience Commercial & Contracts Manager to join their ever-expanding team. You will be responsible for all their business units regarding contract reviews, risk assessments, rebate agreements etc. You will be doing this whilst working closely with key stakeholders, business directors and sales team within all units.
Responsibilities of the Commercial & Contracts Manager:
· Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with business objectives, maximising profitability and minimising risk.
· Ensure accurate and timely contract execution, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
· Oversee contract administration, including change order management, performance monitoring, and reporting.
· Provide expert commercial advice, guidance and training to internal stakeholders.
· Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on commercial activities and contract performance
Requirements of the Commercial & Contracts Manger:
· Degree Qualified ideally in a business-related field
· Experience of management and leadership
· Customer service and commercial contracts experience
· Previous experience of dealing with engineering main contractors, architects, consultants and local authorities - ideally within the Building Services sector
· Experience of manufacturing or similar environment
· Well organised, professional and friendly
· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
· Willing to travel UK wide to support business activities
