Job Description

This leading Legal 500 company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of between ten and twenty Commercial Contracts legal matters at various stages of drafting and negotiation.

ROLE:Commercial Contracts Paralegal

LOCATION: Devon

RATE: £25,000 to £30,000

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of Commercial Contracts law
• Draft and negotiate contracts
• Provide legal support to the company
• Assist with legal research

Requirements

• Prior experience in Commercial Contracts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
