Salary- Job Title: Legal Assistant
- Location: Twickenham
- Salary: £23,500k - £25,000k (DOE)
- Working hours: 8:30am-5pm // Monday to Friday

HRGO Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our clients leading law firm based in Twickenham. As a Legal Assistant you will be working alongside the reputable Conveyancing department to provide efficient secretarial duties to Fee Earners.
Our clients have an established and loyal client base and take pride in the excellent level of service provided to all new and existing clients of the firm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in continuous client satisfaction.
General Duties:
- To support Fee Earners in the production of files by typing dictated work as directed.
- To support Fee Earners in the maintenance of files by effective file management.
- To ensure that clients are dealt with efficiently and politely
- To assist Fee Earners in the management of caseload by dealing with file related queries either face to face or by telephone.
- To assist in general office administration
- To answer internal telephone calls efficiently and politely and take messages, as necessary.
- To ensure that all internal methods, systems, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills
- Confident using Microsoft packages
- Audio typing experience
- Previous admin/office experience
- Previous client enquiry experience
- Strong attention to detail
Conveyancing experience an advantage but not essential!
