Asda have an exciting opportunity to join the Analytics & Decision Services team as part of our Data & Analytics function . We are looking for a results-driven Business Transformation manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive key business decisions, optimize processes, and deliver business transformation across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, business acumen, and a deep understanding of processes to identify and deliver value. Moreover, they should have the ability to lead initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage a dedicated team.
 
 
Your Role 

• Value Identification: Assess business operations and strategies to identify opportunities for value creation, cost savings, and customer enhancements.
• Process Understanding: Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Design, build and develop data models to transform these processes and deliver the value identified
• Business Transformation: Lead end-to-end initiatives to transform key business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and external partners to understand business needs, requirements, and challenges.
• Value Delivery: Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency, improve operational performance, and deliver measurable value across the organization.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformational projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and initiatives.
