Our market leading Newark based Client is looking for a Commercial Development Project Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
Our client is looking for an IT professional who has a proven track record of successfully managing complex ICT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
THE ROLE
Your responsibilities as a Commercial Development Project Manager (ICT) will include:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of technology projects
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, on a regular basis
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Commercial Development Project Manager (ICT) will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
- ICT Professional with IT related Degree
- Ideally design and/or developer background
- 5 to 10 years background in commercial background. Involved in internal software development
- 5 years project management experience
- Prince 2 certification
- Experience in Waterfall, Rational Unified process (IBMs toolkit), Agile
