SalaryA brand new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join an award winning Commercial Disputes Resolution team at its central Birmingham office.
It is looking to strengthen its Commercial Litigation Department with the hire of a Solicitor (circa 1-6 PQE).
The Team
This friendly and collegiate team represents prominent regional and national clients. You will run your own case load and gain unrivalled access to assisting partners on their big ticket cases.
The Role
You will enjoy a broad mix of mid to high value and complex disputes/projects such as:
- Contractual disputes
- Sale and Purchase Agreement disputes, including warranty claims
- Energy related disputes
- International arbitration
- Enforcement of restrictive covenants
- Injunctive relief
- Professional negligence
- Shareholder disputes
- Civil fraud claims
