Do you have an eye for commercial opportunities?
If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on maximising the revenue generation of our external lettings business. The focus will be on increasing profitability and turnover through existing lettings whilst also identifying opportunities for new income streams.
This is a highly commercial role so we are looking for someone with a background in profit-focused roles who would have the initiative to seek out new partnerships as well manage the current client base. Knowledge of and being connected to our local community to find new opportunities would be desirable, alongside a confidence to pursue leads and work with customers to understand their requirements. Data analysis and customer service skills will be essential plus excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues and external agencies.
With outstanding facilities and an expansive modern school site, we are perfectly placed to take our lettings business to a new level and we are looking for someone with the enthusiasm, drive and commercial experience to make this happen.
We are looking for the right individual so whilst this is an in-school/all year role, there will be some flexibility in terms of working patterns and we can offer contractual hours to suit within 25-35 hours per week. You will need to be able to work 16:00 - 18:00 a couple of afternoons a week to be free to meet with new clients, however the specific days can be flexible. You will also need to be available to support occasional evening events which might be a couple per term plus the occasional weekend date if a large event was scheduled. Support at larger events for setting up or helping to coordinate some logistics may also be required.
