• Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.
• Collaborate with business teams to provide financial insights and analysis.
• Understand and analyse costs and overheads to identify areas for improvement.
• Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and planned financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and tools.
• Support the evaluation of investment opportunities and provide financial recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA is preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis or related roles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience in business partnering and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.
• Proficient in financial modelling and analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
