SalaryCommercial Finance Manager (no direct reports)
- Provide a business partnering and sparring partnering relationship with the management team and the UK Shared Service Centre to maximise impact and enhance business performance.
- Assist in the Forecasting, Budgeting and Strategic Planning processes for the business line.
- Review the assumptions used in the planning process and highlight Risks & Opportunities.
- Undertake on-going analysis on business performance.
- Through strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, help to drive commercial improvements through the business.
- Work with operational managers & HR team to ensure that we have appropriate commission schemes, to help drive the outcomes in the annual budget.
Location:
- Wilmslow
- Hybrid Working - 2 Days in the Office (TBC which ones), & 2 of those per month in Luton/ 3 Days at Home
Benefits:
- Salary - up to 65k

Important aspects:
- Experience of analytical evaluation of business performance, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
- GDocs/Excel - Pivots and Look Up experience
- Strong communicator, switched on, confident, engaging
- Be able to articulate examples of commercial analysis & interpretation within an interview scenario
