SalaryAn excellent opportunity has arisen, because of exponential growth, for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a large PLC listed business based in Milton Keynes. This outstanding role offers excellent hybrid working options and significant exposure to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare business reports including full profit & loss account with analysis and commentary, balance sheet and cash flow and detailed project profitability reporting
- Develop a commercial partner relationship with Operational Directors providing key metrics and analysis for commercial decision making
- Manage a small team of qualified Accountants
- Recommend and prepare financial business cases for investment, capital expenditure resulting in profit improvement
- Improve business processes and systems
- Proactively seek and recommend profit improvement suggestions for the region in conjunction with the Director
- Develop a range of key performance indicators for use throughout the organisation and identify areas for potential improvements
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong commercial and operational financial management experience from Logistics or Manufacturing sectors
- Strong system skills including advanced Excel and some Power BI
