Commercial Finance Manager

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager to join a household brand, who are looking to drive the next phase of growth under the guidance and leadership of a value add focussed Commercial Finance Manager in the FMCG space.

The role will allow you to take ownership of the commercial strategy for new and existing products, working closely with the sales and marketing teams whilst being highly visible to the senior leadership team. You will lead, challenge and partner key stakeholders on the design, build and execution of strategy around new investments to ensure strong return on investment.

• Partner Sales, Marketing, and Trade teams
• Develop commercial reporting capabilities

The Commercial Finance Manager will come from a FMCG background, with experience partnering with Sales & Marketing divisions in a branded business, with proven experience driving growth through commercial strategy and informed decision making.

You will have the ability to partner, lead and challenge senior stakeholders, whilst ensuring you maintain great relationships and achieving the best commercial outcomes. You will be comfortable with travel across the UK where required, to ensure in person relationships, a true understanding of the workings of a business and how to drive change to ensure growth.

Whats on Offer

In return for your commitment, dedication and contribution during a growth period you will receive £80,000 - £90,000 plus benefits.
