You’ll be working within the Business Development & Operational Pricing Chapter. Together we work with our external partners to ensure that they have access to the portfolio of Roche medicines through tenders, third party relationships and route to patient solutions.
The Commercial & Healthcare Services Partner will have a passion for driving patient and
customer outcomes while maximising business opportunities across the portfolio of Roche medicines.
Conducting clear analysis of tender opportunities to determine fit with strategy and commercial
opportunity. Building and maintaining a clear understanding of the complexities of the NHS organisation
to allow the growth of strong NHS procurement /stakeholder relationships to grow the understanding of
incentives and drivers to shape and inform strategy and tenders. Ensuring the commercial optimisation of
opportunities arising off contract or within the private hospital/healthcare market through pricing or route
to patient opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to work across the product life cycle focussing on how we operationalise access to Roche medicines through pricing, route to patients and commercial contracting.
You will have the opportunity to build customer relationships with Roche procurement customers, third party customers and private organisations enabling access to the Roche product portfolio.
You will have the opportunity to work on associated financial rebates increasing knowledge of how our customer utilises the routes of Roche product distribution.
You will have the opportunity to project manage commercial pricing through tenders and contracting.
Qualifications and Experience
Proficient level of experience in developing patient focussed solutions or medicine pricing in the pharmaceutical industry
University degree is essential
Excellent project management skills
The ability to analyse complex data
Good oral and written communication skills and effective stakeholder management.
