The Role:
As a Senior Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in managing commercial client portfolios and delivering exceptional service. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision and excellence.
- Utilise your expertise in commercial combined insurance to negotiate terms and coverage with insurers, securing optimal outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions and exceed client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and advice.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities, including pursuing professional qualifications and enhancing technical skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial combined insurance, with a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
- Cert CII qualification preferred, or a strong willingness to pursue certification with support.
- Proficiency in Acturis or similar insurance software.
- Exceptional client service skills, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
