As a key member in a small team, your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Obtaining accurate risk information
- Uploading risk data onto insurer platforms to obtain quotes
- Preparing underwriting presentations for larger and more complex risks
- Resolving underwriter queries
- Negotiating with insurers to obtain favourable terms
- Managing the renewal process
- Arranging mid-term adjustments
- Explaining cover and any warranties to clients
- Invoicing
- Ensuring policy documents are issued
- Resolving client queries
- Updating information on the CRM system and MS Excel
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

What you need to know;
- Salary - up to £40,000 - depending on level of expertise and knowledge
- Hybrid working - 4 days in office with 1 day at home
- Location - Bayswater W2, 8 minute walk from Paddington Station on the Elizabeth Line and 3 minutes walk from Royal Oak tube station on the Hammersmith & City line.
