Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential: Commercial Insurance experience and a degree or A-Level qualification.
• Proven track record in Insurance Product development and policy wording design.
• Experience in conducting market and customer research.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
