The Opportunity

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen in our Lincoln Office for a Specialist Recruiter to join our Accountancy and Finance Team. As a specialist Recruiter, you will manager your own business area, providing first-class recruitment services to customers within the Finance Sector in Lincoln and surrounding areas. The Lincoln Office is well-established, with a wealth of experience in management and high-performing Recruitment Consultants.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with both new and existing customers in addition to attracting, interviewing and shortlisting candidates - ultimately, placing the best candidates into the best jobs!
