We are working with a leading global media content business. Partnering with many top international brands, they promote new launches and products.
We are recruiting a commercial lawyer to join the team to advise on a wide range of matters pertaining to intellectual property, marketing and advertising.
The role is varied focusing on a broad range of marketing and branding deals as well as contentious IP related matters. Previous in-house experience is ideal but not required. Knowledge of retail, marketing, creative, media or advertising sectors will be helpful.
The successful candidate will have a solid grounding in IP matters (commercial and some contentious) and good training and qualification, ideally frm private practice. Personality and cultural fit will be key: you will be a good communicator and able to form good relationships with stakeholders.
