Lease/Property Administrator - Up to £34k – London
A Lease Administrator/property administration assistant is needed to work for a large Property Consultancy in their growing Property Management team due to a number of new client wins. The role consists of the crucial management of leases, compliance and general management duties. This is a hybrid role providing flexibility to work 2 days at home.

Job Role:
- Accurately updating and preparing lease documentation
- Professionally addressing any issues regarding rent payments
- Coordinating lease renewals and terminations
- Assisting the property managers with any lease queries, service charge queries
- Communicating with landlords and tenants and acting as a point of contact
- Monitoring maintenance responsibilities and property inspections
- Providing general reports and updates on lease agreements and expirations, financial and occupancy rates
- Liasing with internal teams such as Property Management, Legal and Finance
Skills required:
- Industry knowledge is essential
- Experience using TRAMPS or other similar management software
- General administrative capabilities
- Ideally exposure of having worked within another commercial property management team
