Our client, a highly regarded and well known commercial property adviser is looking to hire a senior member into their team with significant expansion plans on the horizon.
Operating in the sector for nearly 35 years’ and having an incredible culture, the senior leadership team are highly regarded and have advised and managed portfolios for some of most well known names in the UK making this opportunity perfect for someone ambitious and looking to push themselves to the next stage of their career.
You as the ideal candidate will be joining the Lease Restructuring team working alongside the senior Partner and advising on complex transactions as and when needed covering an extensive client list.
The role will involve:
- Managing and maintaining key client relationships
- Managing a leasehold portfolio covering a wide range of assets
- Negotiating with clients over the phone and in face to face meetings
- Understanding the clients vision and putting the correct strategy in place
- Working with the CRM to ensure clear reporting to senior management
You should have the following experience/skills:
- Proven experience as a negotiator with a record of success
- Have 4 years minimum experience in the commercial property sector
- Have experience in property lease renewals, re-gearing and rent reviews
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a strong team player yet competitive
- Understand Profit and Loss management and be able to deliver a report on a set of accounts
- Be someone that doesn’t watch the clock, be will to go the extra mile and have that winning mentality
- Have the ability to see things creatively, think outside the box when needed
Package: £75,000 plus bonuses/commissions and various other benefits
