Commercial Lines Handler

The role involves handling commercial claims from notification to settlement, ensuring clients are kept fully informed during the claims process. Producing and collating claims data and analysing trends. Processing Midterms adjustments, invoicing and assisting clients with claims.

Duties: 

• Dealing with customer enquiries-usually over the phone with the occasional face to face.
• Working with existing clients to deal with enquiries and also winning new business.
• Working hours 09:30-17:30.
