Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a Birmingham law firm focusing on a range of contentious matters for local, national and international clients.
The team act on a range of disputes including:
- shareholders' disputes
- professional negligence matters
- fraud
- general commercial contracts litigation
- some international disputes
You will be working as part of a team of lawyers and will run your own caseload and get plenty of client contact. The team are committed to training and development and this is a great opportunity to learn and work on a varied caseload of disputes.
The Successful Applicant
The team are looking for a UK qualified solicitor and it's likely that you will have had at least 12 months' experience in Commercial Litigation work. Our client will consider candidates with a range of PQE.
