Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of commercial dispute resolution matters from inception to resolution, demonstrating legal expertise and strategic thinking.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, providing insightful advice to clients.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Commercial Dispute Resolution team and across other departments.
- Continuous Development: You will have access to hands on supervision and access to development schemes to help you manage your own portfolio of work and work with clients directly
Requirements:
- Qualification: Qualified Solicitor with NQ - 2 years PQE in Commercial Dispute Resolution.
- Legal Expertise: Strong understanding of commercial dispute resolution processes and procedures with a Disputes or Litigation seat from a Commercially focused law firm.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to clients.
- Team Player: A collaborative and proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
