We have a confidential opportunity with a prestigious firm based in Bristol.
About the Role:
- Position: Commercial Disputes Solicitor/Associate
- Location: Bristol
- Experience: NQ - 5 years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of commercial disputes matters, including contract disputes, professional negligence claims, and contentious IP matters.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients, managing cases from inception through to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and submissions, and represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution forums.
Requirements:
- Qualified UK solicitor with experience working in a Commercial environment on commercial disputes matters.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of Commercial Litigation procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
