The role of this Commercial Litigation PSL is to:

• Stay updated on legal developments and precedents in Commercial Litigation.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support the litigation team.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for lawyers on current legal issues.
• Assist in the preparation of legal updates, articles, and know-how materials.
• Collaborate with lawyers to enhance case strategy and legal arguments.
• Monitor changes in legislation affecting Commercial Litigation.
• Offer guidance on best practices and practical approaches to case management.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing within the firm and contribute to continuous learning.

Profile

The successful Commercial Litigation PSL will be:

• Qualified in England and Wales
• Have significant Commercial Litigation experience
• Previous PSL experience is desirable but not required
