Your new role
This Commercial Litigation solicitor role will see you handle a range of disputes work. This will include shareholder and partnership disputes, general contractual litigation as well as injunctive matters. You will also play a role in the management of the team and ongoing business development initiatives. This role is a strategic appointment for the firm and department.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a Commercial Litigation lawyer operating at Senior Associate level. You will have well rounded Commercial Litigation skills and have gained management experience. You do not need to have a client following but you should have good business development skills.
