A specialist commercial disputes practice in London is hiring for a 2-5PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their team in London. The firm acts for corporate and individual clients in the domestic and international commercial and financial markets, including business owners and business investors. The firm represent banks and other financial institutions, state-owned entities and high-net-worth individuals.
The Commercial Litigation practice is a key are for the firm and encompasses all forms of Commercial Litigation including civil fraud and finance disputes, as well as white collar and insolvency. The firm's partners have litigated cases before all the senior courts, including the High Court. Much of the firm's work has an international aspect, including disputes arising in the Middle East, South America, the Far East, Africa and Europe.
The team are now looking for an experience Commercial Litigation solicitor to join their highly regarded firm. You will have previous experience gained at another specialist litigation law firm or a highly regarded City firm. You will also be adept with resolving complex and international disputes across a range of Commercial Litigation matters.
