SalaryOur client is a multi-site commercial practice. They're currently looking for an additional Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Kent office.
The successful applicant is likely to have at least 1yr PQE, although very strong newly qualified litigation candidates will be considered.
This is a very broad, mixed role involving general Commercial Litigation, property litigation and some civil litigation. Litigation experience in each of these areas is desirable, even if only as part of a training contract.
You may get the opportunity to work on anything from professional negligence claims and financial disputes to debt recovery and insolvency.
As a well-known name in the area, the firm is very busy and has a growing litigation practice across its offices.
