Job Description:
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Litigation Associate to join this team. This dynamic role involves representing claimants affected by unfair labour practices and addressing environmental damage caused by multinational car manufacturers. The successful candidate will be passionate about social justice and environmental advocacy, bringing their expertise to high-stakes litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Representing claimants in cases involving unfair labour practices, including wage disputes, wrongful termination, and workplace discrimination.
Handling litigation related to environmental damage caused by multinational car manufacturers, including emissions scandals and pollution claims.
Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing case strategies.
Advocating for clients in court hearings and negotiations.
Collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative legal approaches and strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation, particularly in labour law and environmental law.
Solicitors with Commercial Litigation, group action litigation experience are positively encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated commitment to social justice and environmental protection.
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Ability to manage complex and high-stakes caseloads independently.
