Developer
Working for a reputable bespoke developer with circa 5 sites to deliver this year. Located in Somerset, the office is easily commutable from Bridgwater and Yeovil areas. Overseeing the commercial and finance teams and reporting to the MD
You will need to be a proven Commercial Manager / managing quantity surveyor with a background in housing.

- Land Feasibility and Acquisition
- Set and manage development budgets and procedures related to procurement and commercial
- Development Appraisals
- Financial Reporting
- Cost Management
- Develop and Maintain Affordable Housing Contracts
- Contract Administration
- Value Engineering
- Risk Management
- Manage Clients and stakeholders relationships.
