As the Commercial Manager, your core role involves overseeing the comprehensive management of the Commercial Team. Your pivotal responsibilities include mentoring, training, and enhancing the skills of team members, fostering their concentration, motivation, and dedication to implementing innovative, low-risk/high-impact tasks. The overarching objective is to elevate commission figures, forge enduring partnerships, and strategically broaden the commercial portfolio. Qualifications for the Position of Commercial Manager
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated success in a managerial role, with a track record of 1-2 years in effectively leading and inspiring teams to achieve success.
- Proven experience in a sales/commercial environment, showcasing the ability to thrive in dynamic business settings.
- Track record of meeting and surpassing set targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Proficiency in utilising all Microsoft products to enhance productivity and communication.
- Possession of an analytical mindset, capable of critically evaluating data and making informed decisions.
- Strong aptitude for idea generation and the ability to implement innovative solutions to drive business growth.
