Hiring a Commercial Manager for our building products/equipment manufacturing client, based in Middlesbrough, for this full-time permanent position. You will have demonstrable experience and knowledge of building/construction commercial and contract management with expertise in processes, systems, standards, methodology, contract law and forms (NEC, Logic), providing mentoring ability. Your continuous improvement and change programme knowledge and experience will provide examples of leading improvement actions, and your strong interpersonal skills will support your ability to liaise with customers and suppliers providing resilience during contractual dispute resolutions. You will be first point of contact for contractual advice within the business, ensuing terms are reviewed and tenders meet the necessary obligations, legal standards and governance, and comply with Company and DoA procedures, overseeing all contract requirements for NDAs, PCGs or Bank Guarantees.
