Commercial Manager

Are you a Commercial Manager looking for an opportunity to join a UK leading Tier 1 main contractor on a large £100m project in Sheffield?

Due to another new contract win, my clients are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team working on a large £100m industrial project.

You will be working on a large £100m industrial unit project in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to take the commercial lead and manage a team of close knit surveyors. You will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction professionals who will provide you with the environment in which you can thrive and progress your career.

The company are a multi-disciplinary main contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality sustainable builds across infrastructure, civil engineering, new build, industrial, retail, transport and commercial.

About the role:

• Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Manager
• Hybrid role.
• Working on a £100m industrial unit project.

Required AND Desired Qualifications:

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• The successful candidate must have a career history and track record of Commercial Management and Senior Commercial roles within a similar size main contractor environment and have worked on large sizeable construction projects.
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate and work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards.
• Excellent planning & time management skills.

• Salary between £90,000 - £100,000 DOE
