SalaryBlue Water Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a Main Contractor based in South Wales.
Our client is looking to employ an experienced Commercial Manager to join their company and manage their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for progression and promotion within the business.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience as a Commercial Manager working with the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Agree procurement strategy at contract commencement and clearly communicate to team.
- Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Buyers.
- Ensure accurate forecasting, monthly and quarterly report presented timeously.
- Ensure accurate monthly financial reports
- Manage cashflow.
- Agree final account with Client’s Project Manager / Representative target
- Manage timely completion of Consultant / Design appointments and warranties
Salary Package
- Annual salary – £70,000 - £80,000
