Commercial Director
Acting as the Regional Commercial Director in Germany you will be working with commercial teams, this will include strategy, main and subcontract tender procurement, risk management, pre and post contract, margin improvement and people development.
You will be:
Playing a pivotal role in influencing the commercial and risk management strategy for the project, and in the implementation of change within the project to ensure the strategy is deployed and continuous improvements in performance are achieved.
Ensuring all commercial activities are carried out in compliance with procedures and external legislation governing business operations, and in doing so proactively work with the internal commercial assurance and audit resource to ensure appropriate checks are carried out and findings are acted upon, ensuring a high level of commercial standards are maintained.
Deploying appropriate levels of competent commercial resources and skills to successfully manage the risk and commercial outcome of the project, leading effectively and ensuring strong lines of communication across the commercial team.
Interpreting and communicating effectively on complex project cost reports, using your existing knowledge and experience to quickly and accurately correlate project data to project priorities, lead pursuit of project opportunities and defence against risks by foreseeing trends.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Commercial Director or Consultant to utilise their vast experience on groundbreaking Pharmaceutical, Data Centre & Battery Manufacturing projects.
You will have:
Completed a relevant third level qualification.
Extensive experience in commercial civils management and leadership experience within the Pharmaceutical, Data Centre & Battery Manufacturing industries.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience in budget, forecast, tender, people leadership, stakeholder engagement and functional support oversight
