SalaryOur client is a National developer undertaking medium to large mixed use residential (high rise) and hotel developments.
The need now exists for an experienced Commercial Manager to be based out of their office in Central London, Westminster.
You will be responsible for pre contract and post contract, taking schemes from planning through to delivery. All schemes are in London (North, West, South and East).
The position will report into the Commercial Director.
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on managing multiple medium to large mixed use residential or hotel projects. It will be an advantage if you have strong experience on cost planning. It is essential you have experience on the client side, managing the main contractor.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £110k - £115k + full package and bonus system.
