Job description

A typical week in this role includes:
• Creation of loyalty programme health checks to assess the effectiveness of existing loyalty programmes and their initiatives across our business.
• Identify and analyse new ways of acquiring and retaining members.
• Working closely with the Senior Loyalty Proposition Manager you will provide financial support and analysis on the creation and execution of new loyalty propositions, in line with the latest loyalty landscape.
• Looking over the costs and financing, scenario modelling new loyalty proposition ideas.
• Evaluating the true impact of promotion performance, taking into account margin and costs.
• Forecasting and creating robust business cases for promotion testing across the business.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, whilst managing risks and resolving issues as they arise.
• Being the point of contact for multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) for any ad hoc questions that may arise, giving a clear and insightful interpretations and recommendations.

This role would be a good fit for you if:
• You have experience in finance/understanding of a P&L.
• You have retail/D2C experience or worked in the loyalty space.
• You are used to handling large data sets.
• Previous experience of working in a Marketing Business Partner role would be an advantage.
• You can communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely, overlayed with financial impact.
• You have strong interpersonal skills.
• You have excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
• You are good at building collaborative internal relationships.
What you’ll need:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a finance, buying or Marketing Business Partner role.
• Strong analytical/numerical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to influence stakeholders.
• A strategic thinker!
