Commercial Mid-Market Lead - South Region

Eames Consulting are looking to appoint a Commercial Mid-Market Lead to head up the South Regional division, reporting directly into the Head of Region for this well-respected global insurer. This role forms part of the strategic leadership team.

• Strategic oversight of a multi-million pound Commercial Mid-Market Portfolio.
• Stakeholder management and strategic relationship development of brokers across the South Region, including Nationals, Global and Regional brokers.
• As leadership opportunity, holding oversight over three underwriting teams with circa 80 headcount across the region.
• Working closely with the Head of Technical & Head of Operations in driving the strategic success of the region.
• Ideally hold sound technical knowledge around underwriting risk across Motor, Property and Casualty.

Location is flexible in the South Region is so large - you must be happy to attend meetings with brokers across the country.
