The Commercial Mortgage Case Manager role
As the Specialist Mortgage Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases including commercial, bridging, development finance, and private client finance. It is important that you have in-depth experience in Mortgage Administration, a thorough understanding of the market, and a passion for the industry.
It is essential that you have the knowledge and skillset to be able to confidently handle complex, high value cases and deliver an exceptional level of service that surpasses your clients’ expectations.
The Commercial Mortgage Case Manager package
- Offices based in Chester
- Hybrid working
- 37.5 hours per week
- Salary up to £40k depending on commercial case management knowledge
Commercial Mortgage Case Manager desired skills and experience
- Experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Case Manager or Commercial mortgage administrator
- Experience with complex high value cases
- Knowledge of Bridging, Development finance and Commercial mortgages (desirable)
- Astute and ambitious, motivated to go the extra mile for clients.
- A pragmatic problem solver with a proactive approach
