They have opportunities for Case Manager / Customer Service Advisors in two areas of their business, both
come with clearly mapped out progression routes into senior positions.
No experience is necessary - full training is provided.
The role is telephone based, comes with targets and commission, so you do need to be
confident, personable and have a proactive "can do" approach to work - the rest will
come with training and support provided from the team.
- Processing mortgage or protection cases through to acceptance stage
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with colleagues
- Researching products and ensuring market knowledge is up to date.
- Proactively generating business from lapsed business
- Progressing through the business to becoming a fully-fledged Advisor and taking
appointments solely
- Willing to learn and research for relevant industry qualifications.
