Commercial Operations Manager - Edinburgh and Belfast Sites

Salary: £40,000k plus £5,000k car allowance bonus

Position Overview:

The Commercial Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing
parking operations in selected locations across the UK. Reporting to the Commercial
Area Manager, this role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a
customer-centric approach to ensure operational excellence and drive revenue
growth.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in parking operations management, preferably in a
multi-site environment.

● Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control. (Profit and loss experience)

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

● Results-driven mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.

● Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their implementation in a
parking operations context.
