Commercial Property Administrator

We are currently looking for a full time confident and outgoing Commercial Property Administrator with a salary in the region of £25,000 for one of our Estate Agency clients based in their beautiful Totnes office, commercial department.This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the friendly and dedicated team working in a busy office with the scope to develop and progress.

This varied role will include dealing with all aspects of commercial administration and some block and property management. It is ideally suited to someone who is well organised, has strong administration and IT knowledge and is used to working under pressure. Previous administration or secretarial experience would be required and previous property experience preferred.

Strong Skills required in:

• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft office 365
• Microsoft Excel

This is an exciting role within a sought after company and would suit someone from either a Commercial Property, lettings, property management or estate agency background who has strong administration skills. Our clients has a great reputation as an employer and can offer full training on the job in commercial to those with the right skill set.Salary in the region of £25,000 but could be flexible if highly experienced and this is a Monday to Friday role with no weekends.
