Solicitor - Commercial Property

One of Exeter's modern and supportive law firms are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. This role will include advising national and regional businesses, banks, developer, and landowner clients on all aspects of Commercial Property work including sales, purchases and leases.

The firm is keen to find someone at the 2+ PQE level (with flexibility), who can bring a positive, experienced and effective persona to the team. Ideally, we're looking for someone with experience of working within a related field, working within Commercial Property / real estate.

This firm have continued to grow, both in size and reputation, over the past few years, to a point now where they have over 200 employees, with a fantastic head office. The offices are open plan and the firm enjoys an inclusive and diverse culture. Experience and skills sought:

• Commercial property experience at circa 2+ PQE
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to lead some of the more junior staff
• An enthusiastic approach to client care

Hours and Benefits:
