Management & Delivery:
- Be responsible for the overall success of the Community Engagement Programme, ensuring it maintains its reputation, innovation and quality.
- Plan, oversee and manage all Community Engagement activities including focus groups,1:1 sessions and online options for engagement around the project goals
- Work closely with the SACMHA Research & Engagement Coordinator to make best use of the SACMHA Community Research Link Workers who fill operationally deliver community sessions as agreed.
- Ensure appropriate and effective evaluation of sessions and the key findings, views and learnings of participants so as to inform city partners in planning services.
- Manage and develop partnerships with a range of organisations and individuals including statutory and health organisations, academic and educational organisations, third-sector bodies and faith-based cultural institutions.
- Produce reports, papers, and other update documents in respect of the Black Elders Project to key stakeholders, including Sheffield City Council.
