The home are recruiting for Night Team Leaders to join their experienced and qualified Care Team on permanent contracts.

Nights shifts
12 hour shifts
Full time contracted

Requirements of the Care Team Leader Role:

•             A kind and caring person
•             Previous experience in administering medication 
•             Previous experience as a senior care assistant in a dementia home
•             NVQ2 in Health & Social Care

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting
• Manage a team of care assistants
• Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
