The HR Transformation Assistant will support the People Strategy and Transformation Business Partner in delivery of people change activity and implementation of change management best practices.
The HR Transformation Assistant will be involved in both hands-on day to day delivery, as well as supporting the People Strategy & Transformation BP from a strategic standpoint.

Day to day, the HR Transformation Assistant will:
- Monitor project plans and timelines to maintain schedules
- Collaborate with project leadership team
- Produce reports, analyse data and maintain documentation
- Support co-ordination of project meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Independently gather data from a variety of sources to analyse and deliver insights
- Create dashboards to track the progress of activity
The HR Transformation Assistant will need:
- Experience of supporting change or transformation, ideally in a HR environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills
