ABOUT THE ROLE

As the HR & Recruitment Assistant you will be fundamental to the Webgains people and planet initiative.

You will be the first point of contact for HR related queries, responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, leading on onboarding/offboarding process and play a pivotal part in the people focused projects.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Demonstrate strong decision making in line with company goals, social, and environmental best practice

· Lead on recruitment campaigns from start to finish, ensuring roles are filled according to business priority

o Build solid relationships with all hiring managers and work closely to support them in hiring the best talent for their teams

o Provide advice on the candidate market, whilst managing expectations at all times

· Lead on HR administration ensuring we are compliant with internal audit requirements and internal SLAs

o Data entry into our HR system, ensuring 100% accuracy at all times

o Data collation for the HR and Marketing newsletter for UK and EU

o Monthly data collation for payroll, before handing over to the HR Manager

o Lead on the Onboarding/Offboarding process within internal SLAs

o Supporting with other people focused activities and projects

· Support with the day to day responsibilities of office management

o Regularly complete office orders ensuring stock levels are maintained, stored and received efficiently

o Manage incoming post including following up with relevant recipients and maintaining files in line with compliance and data security

o Work alongside our Operational team to continuously improve our impacts on our people, planet and local communities

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Proven experience of leading on recruitment from advert creation to candidate feedback

· Strong experience of working in a HR Administration role

· Strong experience of working with Microsoft Office

· Strong written and verbal communication

· Strong experience of dealing with working multiple stakeholders

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with multiple deadlines

· Level 3 CIPD qualified

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

· Level 5 CIPD qualified

ROLE LOGISTICS

· Salary: £25,000 - £28,500

· Working hours: 40

· Working days: 5

· Job location: hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days working from home
