What you need to know about the role…
Working closely with Finance teams to ensure accurate payments made in timely manner
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings with landlord/managing agents and various external consultants
Manage and maintain records for concession room rentals
Assist with the preparation of internal and external property reports

Reporting to the Property Acquisitions Director and Head of Estates
Liaise with a variety of internal and external key stakeholders, such as finance, facilities management, rates advisors and solicitors.
Be a confident and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Provide a supporting role in dealing with rates and service charge duties
Require high attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
Assist the team with other administrative ad-hoc tasks and duties.
- Have the ability to work flexibly on your own initiative and as part of a high performance team
- Familiar with Excel, Word and various other Microsoft applications
- Experience with maintaining a Property Database – Lucernex an advantage but not essential.
