A well-established Commercial Property company based in the Jewellery Quarter are currently seeking a Commercial Property Administrator with good all-round skills.
You should be happy with the following tasks:
- Answering incoming calls in a polite manner
- Diary Management
- Arranging meetings
- Taking notes and actioning tasks
- Typing letters and documents
- Keeping documents correct and up to date
- Maintaining a database system
- You will also be required to do ad-hoc tasks for the Director and surveyors
- An understanding of the Commercial Property industry is essential.
The role will involve working hours Mon-Fri 9am - 5.30pm.
