With a diverse portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Lettings Coordinator to join our team and help manage our expanding property portfolio.
Position Overview: As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our property management projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in various aspects of commercial property management, from project inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include dealing with contractors during the build or redevelopment process, handling maintenance and repair issues, drafting leases, rent collection, managing service charges, handling lease renewals, breaks, and rent reviews, overseeing maintenance contracts, and addressing tenant inquiries and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with contractors during property development and renovation projects.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities for our properties.
- Prepare draft leases and assist in lease negotiations.
- Ensure timely collection of rents and manage tenant accounts.
- Administer service charges and reconcile tenant accounts.
- Manage lease renewals, lease breaks, and rent reviews.
- Maintain and oversee property maintenance contracts.
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of property reports and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management, preferably in a commercial or multi-tenanted setting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
